2:02 I feel Arnold isn't taking the piss here, the presenter looks like a strong athletic guy in good health, the body building is a choice and doesn't have to be seen as ideal, while weight training has proven to be excellent for peoples health it really doesn't have to be to the level or way a body builder does, as an American Footballer I've trained for strength after retirment I've continued this. I usually don't do muscle isolation exercises as I see these as not being beneficial to athletic performance. I don''t have a problem with those that do but it needs to be acknowledge there's a difference is goals.

The reason he asked Arnold about getting bullied as a kid or “sand kicked in his face” is because of George Atlas. Atlas always told this exact story about bullies kicking sand in his face. He contributed greatly to this idea that a man must be muscular to be attractive or to get girls or to get respect from other boys, for better or worse. I suspect it was just to sell his products in the 50s and 60s. Anyway this idea of boys in the mid 1900s bodybuilding because they were bullied comes from Atlas.
